Published Authors
Dan and Nancy’s second book, St. Michael’s Residential School, will be released in Fall 2020.
Dan and Nancy signed copies of Railroad of Courage at Indigo Innes during Black History Month. They had the joy of meeting youngsters, parents and teachers who were interested in their book. One young fellow, about eleven years old, started reading the first chapter as his father waited in line to pay for it. The lad returned to our table to thank us for writing the book.
At Tacoma, WA
Dan and Nancy attended the PNBA Tradeshow in Tacoma, WA on September 28 and 29, 2018. Their book, Railroad of Courage, was selected as one of seven "Buzz Books" at the Tradeshow. They met their publisher, Ron Hatch, for the first time during the event and enjoyed spending time with Ron and his wife, Veronica. It was interesting to talk with representatives from many independent bookstores in Canada and the US and to discuss the future of printed books.
